Flashy red and white pinto ram. Sire is a special procurement off of the USDA Sheep Research Station range in Dubois, ID- sheep that survive on thousands of acres with wolf predation are tough! He was one of the biggest gainers with the highest EBV parents in their 2024 lamb crop. Brings diverse genetics mixed in with local. Solid EBVs across the board.

Offered for sale as a commercial Katahdin ram lamb $250

White ram lamb with two giant red spots. Lots of out-of-state diversity in this pedigree, Birch Cove Farm (David Coplen, MO), Lynn Fahrmeier (MO), Gibraltar Farm in New York and the USDA Research Station in Booneville, AR. Positive EBVs for growth, parasite resistance, and prolificacy, no data on maternal milk yet.

This guy can go as as weaned commercial grower lamb in June for $250. $100 additional for registration form paperwork (buyer pays to register). Price will go up in July.  He should be maintained on high protein creep feed ideally until August when he is  120 days old, after which he can grow out on grass.

Sturdy white ewe with strong growth, prolificacy and milk scores. Her parasite resistance is not so good, which is why she’s dropping out of my system. She is line bred on a sire I used a ton from Birch Cove (David Coplen, MO). He has Texel way back in his pedigree, and you can still really see the look in her head type Lambing record starting as a yearling: 1/1, 2/2, 2/2.

Robust white ewe with strong growth, prolificacy and milk scores. Her parasite resistance is not so good, which is why she’s dropping out of my system. Pedigree is almost completely novel out-of-state genetics, including Birch Cove (David Coplen, MO), the USDA research station in Booneville, AR, and Thistle Grove Farm (John Bare DVM, Iowa). Lambing record starting as a 2 year old: 1/1, 2/2, 2/2, 2/2.

Offered for sale as a record-able Katahdin ewe with ram lamb at side $520

Tall white yearling ewe with some tan freckling. Her dam bred early while she was still with a large group of ram lambs, not all of which had DNA in the system, and DNA did not come back with a match for her. Dam’s sire is from New York (Gibraltar Farm, Etienne and Isabelle Richards), and dam traces back to Birch Cove (David Coplen, MO) and Misty River Farm (Mary Bakko, Moses Lake, Now retired).

She has a white ram lamb at side and they can go together for this price before the end of June, after that the price will go up. Photo from May 2026.
