Offered for sale as a register-able Katahdin ewelamb + register-able ram lamb at side $800
Classic chocolate ewe. Really strong EBVs across the board. Pedigree traces back to Birch Cove (David Copen, Missouri), Thistle Grove Farm ( John Bare, DVM, Iowa) and older PNW genetics via KRK. Ewe’s lambing record starting as a two year old: 2/2, 2/1, 2/1, 2/2, 3/1. This year I wasn’t confident that she could raise triplets so I grafted one onto another ewe, and then one of the remaining was lost to clostridium (not her fault, and this was the cause of the losses in prior years, other than one random stillborn). So she has one ram lamb at side this year. She is a really attentive mama.
