Offered for sale as a purebred, registered Katahdin ewe $420 with ram lamb at side through May 16th 

Feminine white ewe. Modest growth EBVs, but positive prolificacy and a strong milk score make up for it, giving her a good index. Diverse blend of Birch Cove (David Coplen, Missouri), Misty River Farm (Mary Bakko,  Moses Lake, now retired), Misty Oaks Farm (Kathy Bielek, Ohio), Thistle Grove Farm (John Bare, Iowa), and Aspen Mountain Farms (Aileen Scott, Montana). As you can see in the photo, she didn’t shed completely as a yearling, she was a borderline C coat. But those dreads may come off this year; and it’s not enough to require shearing. I’ve discounted her a little because of this. Lambing record starting as a two-year-old: 1/1.

Current price reflects dam as registered, and ram lamb as commercial. $100 more (now or later) for ram lamb registration. I’ll try to get a photo of the ram soon!
