Really striking dilute mahogany ewe with panda face markings. Sire came all the way from North Carolina State University, and traces back to Hound River Farm (Roxanne Newton, GA), Lee Wright’s flock in Virginia, as well as USDA stock. Dam’s side still has some Birch Cove Farm (David Coplen, MO) and dam’s sire is from Gibraltar Farm in New York. Very strong NSIP pedigree going way back. Growth and milk are positive, prolificacy is strong, and parasite resistance is on the poor side. She will do best in a small well managed flock that either feeds well or stays on top of parasite management.
